I was browsing Anthropologie with some girlfriends in Chicago recently when we wandered into their Halloween collection—which, naturally, was extremely (!) good. Then I spotted the Halloween coffee mugs.
We have everyday coffee mugs. We have Christmas coffee mugs. Wait, can I get Halloween coffee cups for my entire coffee setup? And, more importantly, why don’t I already own these?!
Apparently, yes. You absolutely can. There are mugs for people who want pumpkins and ghosts everywhere, but there are also some surprisingly good options if you want something that just feels like your new October BFF.
Here are five Halloween coffee mugs that’ve caught my eye.
1. Anthropologie Bistro Tile Halloween Mug
These are the mugs that started the whole thing.
Anthropologie’s Bistro Tile Stoneware Halloween Mug is Halloween maximalism in coffee-mug form: a jack-o’-lantern, black birds, black-and-white tile details, and a shiny gold handle and rim. And somehow, despite all of that, it still looks really nice. And almost art-deco-y!
One practical caveat: because of those metallic gold accents, this is NOT the mug I’d choose if dishwasher-and-microwave convenience is your top priority.
2. FLUR Iced Coffee Glasses in Amber
Halloween coffee doesn’t *have* to be hot coffee. I’ve become a big fan of the FLUR Iced Coffee Glasses, and their orange/amber color is basically begging to become part of a Halloween coffee bar.
They’re 15.5-ounce double-wall borosilicate glasses, so your coffee appears to float inside the cup. That second layer of glass also provides some insulation and keeps the outside more comfortable to hold. They’re designed for both hot and cold drinks and can go in the dishwasher. But really, I’m including them here because of the orange glass (though they do come in a darker, moodier “smoke” color too).
Fill one with cold brew, iced coffee, or an homemade pumpkin spice latte (with cold foam) and suddenly you’ve created a Halloween drink without needing a single cartoon ghost.
3. Sweet Water Decor Ghost Halloween Mug
Okay, sometimes I do want the cartoon ghosts. Exhibit A ^^
The Sweet Water Decor White Ghosts Mug is a glossy black mug covered in little white ghosts, each with its own slightly ridiculous expression.
It is extremely cute.
It’s also one of the more practical Halloween coffee mugs I’ve found. The stoneware mug holds 14 ounces and is both microwave- and dishwasher-safe, which is exactly what I want from something I’m realistically going to use for my morning coffee.
And, in the off chance I buy too many Halloween coffee cups, this one can double seasonal home decor. I think he’d fit RIGHT in on our shelves.
4. Halloween Double-Wall Insulated Bottle
This is essentially the answer to: What if my Owala also dressed up for Halloween?
The Halloween insulated bottle has the same general appeal as the big insulated water bottles everyone carries around now, except with considerably more seasonal flair. It’s a 32-ounce stainless-steel bottle with double-wall insulation, a non-slip silicone base, and a push-button flip-top lid with a lock.
And unlike buying an entirely decorative Halloween mug, there’s at least a functional argument here: this one can go to work, the pumpkin patch, soccer practice, or wherever else your October takes you.
Fellow Monty Latte Art Mug in Matte Black
And then there’s Halloween coffee gear for people who don’t actually want (super duper tacky) Halloween coffee mugs. The Fellow Monty ceramic mugs have no ghosts, pumpkins, or orange lettering telling you it’s spooky season.
It is simply an extremely good-looking matte black coffee cup.
The Monty is a double-wall ceramic cup designed with latte art in mind. The 6.5-ounce cappuccino version is handleless and stackable, with a curved interior intended to help bring crema toward the surface as you pour.
And if you already have a black Fellow Stagg EKG electric gooseneck kettle on your counter, the Monty looks especially good sitting alongside it.

Pumpkin season is just around the corner, and even though I’m a die-hard hold-off-on-pumpkin-spiced-anything til after September 21, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t getting excited about all the seasonal merch that’s cropping up!
